一、金刚石蜗杆状珩轮及其特点硬齿面(指齿面经淬硬至HRC60左右)齿轮的齿面一般要采用滚、剃、热处理以及珩磨加工工艺。作为硬齿面加工的最后工序——珩齿工艺,目前工厂都采用普通磨料的斜齿轮状珩轮或蜗杆状珩轮作为珩齿工具。用这种工具珩齿可以提高齿面的光洁度,但不易提高齿形的精度。另外由于珩轮用的是普通磨料,因此珩轮的耐用度低,需要经常修整。为了改进硬齿面的珩齿加工工艺,我们研制成了电镀金刚石磨料的蜗杆状珩轮(以下简称电镀珩蜗杆),见图1。它的工作表面是利用特种电镀工艺制
