唐山是我国第一个以地市级身份承办世界园艺博览会的城市,这是唐山市目前为止举办的规格最高、影响最大、范围最广、持续最长的一次国际性盛会,同时也是唐山市对外展示城市形象推动旅游事业发展的难得机遇。随着大会即将谢幕日子的临近,这种以城市为代表的次国家行为,亟需加强城市形象建设与升华,以完美的姿态展现在国际舞台上,并试图探讨如何将世园会效应延续,将后世园时代的城市旅游形象维持并发展。
Tangshan is the first city in China to host the World Horticultural Exposition as a prefecture-level city. This is an international event held by Tangshan City with the highest specifications, the largest impact, the broadest range and the longest duration. It is also an international event for Tangshan City Show the city image to promote the development of tourism a rare opportunity.
