本文根据管理工作的经验,从科研项目的课题源、课题选择原则、课题组的成员配置方法和标准等几个方面来论述科研管理人员应如何正确引导科研人员申报科研项目的问题.
Based on the experience of management work, this paper discusses how scientific research managers should correctly guide scientific research personnel to declare scientific research projects from several aspects, such as the source of subject, the principle of subject selection, the method and standard of member allocation of research group.
