This paper introduces an automatic test system of r and n value of metal stamping performance composed of TP801 singlechip, sensor, dynamic strain gauge and TP16 micro printer. The system with ordinary materials testing machine, rapid determination of r value, n value and other punching properties and metal tensile test of the performance indicators.
