4,4′-二硝基重氮氨基苯(DNAAB)曾被用于光度测定汞、镉和银。笔者最近合成了DNAAB的衍生物2,2′-二氯-4,4′二硝基重氮氨基苯(2,2′二氯-DNAAB),由于在两个苯环上处于—N=N—(?)—的邻位有吸电子基团Cl,使得—NH—的酸性增加及p—π共轭效应增加,可望有比DNAAB更好的分析化学特性。我们发现,在有或无非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在的碱性溶液中,2,2′二氯-DNAAB呈玫瑰红色,而银(Ⅰ)可使其颜色减褪。本文报告了对此褪色反应的分光光度研究结果及其分析应用。一、主要试剂及仪器
4,4’-dinitro diazaminobenzene (DNAAB) has been used for the photometric determination of mercury, cadmium and silver. The author recently synthesized 2,2’-dichloro-4,4’-dinitro diazarnine (2,2’-dichloro-DNAAB), a derivative of DNAAB. Since the two benzene rings are at -N = N - (?) - has an electron-withdrawing group Cl in the ortho-position, resulting in an increased acidity of -NH- and an increased p-pi conjugation effect, with better analytical chemistry than DNAAB expected. We found that 2,2 ’dichloro-DNAAB is rose-red in alkaline solution with or without non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether (OP), while silver (I) Color faded.
