目的 建立高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU )技术治疗肿瘤疗效的声像图评价指标。方法 对 16 4例恶性肿瘤患者在HIFU治疗中及治疗后定期超声随访检查 ,观察不同种类肿瘤在治疗后不同时间的声像图变化特点。结果 治疗有效者表现为治疗后回声增强 ,血供消失 ,出现坏死液化或钙化灶 ,病灶缩小。结论 超声能显示治疗有效的特征性表现 ,有利于制定和调整HIFU技术的治疗方案 ,有助于HIFU技术的应用和提高。
Objective To establish a high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technique for the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of tumors. Methods Six hundred and four patients with malignant tumors were examined by ultrasound at regular intervals during and after HIFU. Changes in sonograms of different types of tumors at different times after treatment were observed. Results The patients with effective treatment showed enhanced echogenicity after treatment, blood supply disappeared, necrosis liquefaction or calcification occurred, and lesions were reduced. Conclusion Ultrasound can show the characteristic performance of effective treatment, which is beneficial to formulate and adjust the treatment plan of HIFU technology, and is helpful for the application and improvement of HIFU technology.
