患者,女,66岁,肉眼血尿一天,伴左肾腰部绞痛、恶心、呕吐。怀疑左上尿路结石,做B超检查,结果显示双肾未见异常。静脉注射造影剂优维显100ml(先灵广州药业有限公司,批号94253)约2分钟后进行CT上腹部强化扫描,注射后10分钟患者自感咽部发麻、全身皮肤灼热,并出现红斑、心悸、胸闷伴呼吸困难、眼睑面部水肿,立即肌肉注射地塞米松5mg,测血压0/0mmHg,脉搏80次/分钟。0.5小时后皮下注射肾上腺素0.5mg,小壶追加地塞米松5mg,肌肉注射苯海拉明
