目的了解急性混合性窒息性气体中毒事故发生的原因,为采取有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对事件进行调查分析。结果污水池清淤现场7名作业工人全部中毒,其中2人死亡。事故发生3h后监测到污水池口二氧化碳的浓度仍高达1 063 mg/m3,污水池地面以下1.5 m一氧化碳浓度达0.392 mg/m3。结论这是一起一氧化碳和二氧化碳窒息性气体引起的中毒死亡事故。用人单位应加强对密闭空间作业场所的管理和作业工人的职业安全教育,地方安监机构应加大对密闭空间作业的监督管理,以避免类似事件的发生。
Objective To understand the causes of acute mixed asphyxia gas poisoning accidents and provide evidence for effective prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to investigate and analyze the events. As a result, all seven workers at the sewage sludge dredging site were poisoned, of whom 2 were killed. After 3 hours of the accident, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the sump was still as high as 1 063 mg / m3 and the concentration of 1.5 m carbon monoxide below the sump surface was 0.392 mg / m3. Conclusion This is a fatal poisoning caused by carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide asphyxiant gases. The employing unit shall strengthen the management of the working place in the confined space and the occupational safety education of the working workers, and the local safety supervision and administration department shall increase the supervision and management of the confined space operation so as to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.
