为积累国人体质资料及临床应用 ,观察并直接测量国人 2 0例成年男性小肠系膜、系膜小肠、空回肠动脉。小肠系膜根长 12 .94± 1.52cm。空回肠动脉第 3、4、5支起点距肠系膜上动脉起点长度分别为5.80± 1.31、6.96± 1.4 7、8.38± 1.38cm ;距小肠系膜缘长度分别为 9.76± 1.62、9.92± 1.65、10 .39± 1.74cm ;对应肠管外径分别为 2 .10± 0 .4 5、2 .2 9± 0 .4 5、2 .0 1± 0 .38cm。建议临床采用空回肠动脉的第 3、4、5支对应处的肠管进行间置空肠胆管十二指肠吻合术 (JICD)。
In order to accumulate physical information and clinical application of Chinese people, observing and directly measuring 20 adult Chinese male mesentery, mesangial small intestine, empty ileum artery. Small mesenteric root length 12 .94 ± 1.52cm. The starting points of the superior mesenteric artery of the nodes of the ileum 3, 4 and 5 were 5.80 ± 1.31, 6.96 ± 1.4 7 and 8.38 ± 1.38 cm, respectively. The length of the mesenteric margin of the ileum was 9.76 ± 1.62 and 9.92 ± 1.65 and 10 respectively .39 ± 1.74cm; the corresponding external diameter of intestine were 2.10 ± 0.45,2.29 ± 0.45, 2.01 ± 0.38cm. It is recommended that the jejunum duodenum anastomosis (JICD) be performed on the intestines of the third, fourth and fifth branches of the ileal artery clinically.
