使用RV2粘度计研究了柴油基压裂液高温表观粘度随剪切时间和剪切速率的变化,配液方法和粘度计内转筒几何尺寸对测得的表观粘度值的影响。研究结果表明,柴油基压裂液的表观粘度与稠化剂磷酸酯铝的化学组成密切相关,而剪切速度、pH值(配液方法)对其表观粘度也有明显影响,剪切时间对表观粘度的影响不大。
Using RV2 viscometer, the effect of apparent viscosity at high temperature of diesel-based fracturing fluid on shearing time and shear rate, the dosing method and geometry of the rotor in the viscometer were investigated. The results show that the apparent viscosity of the diesel-based fracturing fluid is closely related to the chemical composition of the thickener aluminum phosphate, and the apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid also has a significant effect on the apparent viscosity. The shear time Apparent viscosity has little effect.
