油气田生产的天然气大都含有饱和水蒸气。在天然气轻烃回收的生产过程中,由于温度、压力的变化,使其在管路或设备内发生冷凝、积聚,生成水化物而阻塞管路、阀门、设备,因此预测天然气含水量和水化物生成过程是很重要的。近年来,由于分子筛吸附脱水成本高,又重提注入甲醇控制轻烃回收浅冷和深冷装置的水化作用。为此,探讨了用注入甲醇方法轻烃回收深冷装置中控制水化作用的工艺过程,并与分子筛脱水装置的投资和操作费用进行了对比,认为利用甲醇控制轻烃回收装置中的水化作用,在一些条件下更为经济合理。
