一、课题研究基本情况(一)课题研究背景及意义中高职教育衔接对促进我国城乡教育统筹发展、提高职业教育水平至关重要。自1985年以来,我国就开始重视中高职教育衔接的问题,1985年5月27日颁布的《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》,在中国教育发展史上具有里程碑意义。该决定提出高等职业院校要“优先对口招收中等职业学校毕业生以及有本专业实践经验、成绩合格的在职人员入学”。1993年2月13日,中共中央、国务院印发的
