目的调查分析东台市居民主要慢性病的分布特征和变化趋势。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样、PPS抽样方法分别调查东台市2001和2011年35周岁以上常住人口主要慢性病患病情况,应用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2001和2011年主要慢性病标化患病率分别为高血压19.59%、21.27%,肥胖6.12%、6.51%,糖尿病0.39%、2.17%,肿瘤1.14%、1.54%,脑卒中0.39%、0.79%;与2001年相比,2011年男性患病率明显升高的有糖尿病、肿瘤,女性明显升高的有糖尿病、脑卒中,不同年龄组主要慢性病基本呈现上升趋势;与2001年相比,2011年农民患病率明显升高的有糖尿病、脑卒中,非农民明显升高的有糖尿病、肿瘤、脑卒中,小学及以下人群患病率明显升高的有高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤、脑卒中,初中及以上明显升高的有糖尿病、肿瘤、脑卒中,已婚以外人群患病率明显升高的有高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤,已婚人群患病率明显升高的有糖尿病、脑卒中。结论 2011年东台市主要慢性病患病率较2001年均有不同程度升高,不同性别、年龄、职业、学历、婚姻状况人群患病率有所不同。
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and trends of major chronic diseases in Dongtai residents. Methods The multistage cluster random sampling and PPS sampling method were used to investigate the prevalence of major chronic diseases in resident population over the age of 35 in Dongtai City in 2001 and 2011. SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence rates of major chronic diseases in 2001 and 2011 were 19.59%, 21.27%, 6.12%, 6.51%, 0.39%, 2.17%, 1.14%, 1.54%, 0.39% ; Compared with 2001, there was a marked increase in prevalence of diabetes, cancer, and women with diabetes mellitus in 2011, stroke, and chronic diseases of different age groups showed basically an upward trend; compared with 2001, 2011 The prevalence of peasants was significantly higher in patients with diabetes mellitus, stroke, and non-peasant workers. Diabetes mellitus, cancer, and stroke were significantly higher in non-peasant households. Hypertension, diabetes, cancer, stroke The prevalence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cancer, and obviously increased prevalence of diabetes, cancer, stroke, and married people outside of the junior high school and above was significantly higher than those of the married population. Diabetes mellitus, stroke . Conclusion The prevalence rates of major chronic diseases in Dongtai City in 2011 were all increased to different degrees compared with those in 2001. The prevalence rates among different sexes, ages, occupations, educational level and marital status were different.
