手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的,临床以口腔、手、足发生疱疹为主要特征,现报告7例如下。男4例,女3例,年龄1岁以下2例,2岁～4岁5例。其中5例有不同程度的发热,腋下体温多在37.2～38.5℃之间,温度多随皮疹的消退而降至正常,患儿的一般情况均佳,不伴有神经系统的症状。实验室检查:白细胞计数及分类,8例正常,1例偏低。皮疹分布,3例分布于手掌和足底部。4例除手、足、口腔外,臀部及两大腿内侧均可见到皮疹,其颜色呈鲜红色,也有呈疱疹样丘疹,内有少量浆液,二者混合在一起。皮疹大小,直径约2～5mm,周围
