目前多數大中學校,都經過了教師思想改造運動,並有了政治較强的領導骨幹,這就為辦好學校打下了必要的基礎。现在要想進一步搞好這些學校的工作,首先必须改進校長、教導主任的領導。一個學校裏,雖有許多很好的教師,但如沒有較好的領導,那就不能盡量地髮揮教師的積極作用,學校也不可能辦好;一個學校裏,就是有若干教師業務基礎較差:但只要校長教導主任能很好地團結教師,领導教師鑽研教學,就可以逐步提高教師,逐步把學校辦好。
