住宅是人民的“衣、食、住、行、用”几大生活要素之一。由于我国过去约有二十年积累与消费的比例严重失调,使当前暴露出的人民生活问题中,住宅要比其它几个要素更为突出和紧迫。现对国内外住宅建筑的主要技术经济指标和评价研究阐述如下: 1 国内外住宅建筑主要技术经济指标 (1)从主要国家住宅建筑对比情况(见表1),可看出我国住宅的投资所占比重,仅是国外的1/2,每户建筑面积也仅及1/2。
The residence is one of the major life factors for the people’s clothing, food, housing, transportation and use. Due to the serious imbalance in the ratio of accumulation and consumption in China in the past twenty years or so, the residential issues that are currently exposed are more prominent and urgent than those of other elements. The main technical and economic indicators and evaluation studies of domestic and foreign residential buildings are described as follows: 1 Main technical and economic indicators of domestic and foreign residential buildings (1) From the comparison of residential constructions in major countries (see Table 1), we can see the investment in residential buildings in China. The proportion is only 1/2 of that in foreign countries, and the construction area per household is only 1/2.
