甲硝唑(MTZ)对厌氧茵体外抗菌作用较强,氧氟沙星(OFX)对需氧菌体外抗菌作用较强。经实验筛选两者以5:4,5:8(MTZ:OFXW/W)的复合剂对革兰氏阴性,阳性氏氧菌与革兰氏阴性、阳性需氧菌有较强的抗菌作用。而临床口腔感染以革兰氏阴性厌氧菌一革兰氏阳性厌氧菌、革兰氏阴性厌氧菌一革兰氏阳性厌氧菌、厌氧菌一需氧菌混合感染较为常见。因此认为口腔粘贴片的甲硝唑与氧氟沙星的配比以5:8或5:12为宜。
Metronidazole (MTZ) has strong antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria in vitro, and ofloxacin (OFX) has strong antibacterial activity against aerobic bacteria in vitro. The experimental screening of both 5: 4, 5: 8 (MTZ: OFXW / W) complex against Gram-negative, positive oxygen bacteria and Gram-negative, positive aerobic bacteria have a strong antibacterial effect. The clinical oral infection with Gram-negative anaerobic gram-positive anaerobic bacteria, Gram-negative anaerobic Gram-positive anaerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and aerobic mixed infections are more common. Therefore, the oral sticking tablets metronidazole and ofloxacin ratio of 5: 8 or 5:12 is appropriate.
