本文介绍了水泥混凝土路面板的脱空机理,通过建立ABAQUS三维有限元模型,计算了水泥混凝土道面板底不同脱空程度对道面板荷载应力的影响。计算结果表明:当脱空范围较小时,脱空引起水泥混凝土板的应力不大,但随着脱空范围的增加,混凝土板的应力明显增加;相对于脱空范围来讲,板底脱空高度对混凝土板的受力影响不大。建议加强混凝土板的养护,而非增加混凝土板的厚度提高板体对脱空的抵抗力。
In this paper, the void mechanism of cement concrete pavement slabs is introduced. Through the establishment of ABAQUS 3D finite element model, the influence of different void degree of cement concrete slab bottom slab on the load stress of slab slab is calculated. The calculated results show that the stress of concrete slab is increased when the void area is small, but the stress of concrete slab increases obviously with the increase of void area. Compared with the void area, Little effect on the force of concrete slabs. Proposed to strengthen the conservation of concrete slab, rather than increasing the thickness of the concrete slab to increase the resistance of the body to the void.
