类风湿性关节炎是一种以慢性、进行性、侵袭性关节炎为主要表现的全身性自身免疫病,如果不经过正规治疗,病情会逐渐发展,最终导致关节畸形、功能丧失。Th17细胞是最近发现的不同于Th1和Th2的CD4+T细胞的新亚群,它可以分泌IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α等促炎因子。最近的研究发现Th17与RA的发生有密切关系,针对Th17来治疗RA是一种新的手段。本文就最近针对Th17细胞治疗RA所取得的成果做一综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized mainly by chronic, progressive, and aggressive arthritis. Without formal treatment, the condition gradually develops and eventually leads to joint deformity and loss of function. Th17 cells are a newly discovered subset of CD4 + T cells that are different from Th1 and Th2 and can secrete proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α. Recent studies have found that the occurrence of Th17 and RA are closely related to the treatment of RA for Th17 is a new tool. This article reviews recent advances in the treatment of RA with Th17 cells.
