苏联电影在人民的思想教育中,在人民的全部文化生活当中的巨大意义,决定了电影工作者不仅要经常开心今日的任务和需要,同时也迫切必要去关心我们光辉的电影艺术的未来。目前苏联电影的中心问题之一,就是青年电影导演干部的问题。不过,只判明这个问题的存在和意义是不够的,必须探索并求得实际解决的途径。不仅对有计划地培养青年导演干部的关怀,同时还有对他们在摄制工作中的使用,对他们在创作上的成长的具体可能性的关怀,都对电影事业进一步的顺利发展有着特殊的意义。
The great significance of Soviet cinema in people’s ideological education and in the entire cultural life of the people determines that filmmakers must not only be happy with the tasks and needs of today, but also urgently to care about the future of our glorious cinema art. At present, one of the central issues of Soviet cinema is the issue of young film directors and cadres. However, it is not enough just to find out the existence and significance of this issue. We must explore and find ways to solve it. It is of special significance not only to plan the care of young directors and cadres in a planned manner, but also to their use in filming and the concrete possibility of their creative growth, all of which have special significance for the further smooth development of the film industry .
