采用多种激光陈化优质大曲酒。光谱、色谱、常规分析的结果指出:有益成分含量增加,有害成分含量减少。品尝相当于自然老熟半年酒的质量水平。
A variety of laser aging quality Daqu liquor. The results of spectroscopy, chromatography and routine analysis indicated that the content of beneficial ingredients increased and the content of harmful ingredients decreased. Tasting is equivalent to the quality of half a year old wine quality.
