本文以金银花的抗菌有效成分氯原酸为对照品,应用薄层层析法,检测复方中药制剂中的金银花,并与除去金银花的模拟处方进行比较。结果表明,该方法操作简便,重现性好,可作为含有金银花的复方中药制剂的质量控制指标之一。
In this paper, the antibacterial active ingredient chlorogenic acid of honeysuckle was used as the reference substance. Thin-layer chromatography was used to detect the honeysuckle in the compound Chinese medicine preparation and compared with the simulated prescription of the honeysuckle removal. The results showed that the method is simple and reproducible, and it can be used as one of the quality control indexes of compound Chinese traditional medicine preparations containing honeysuckle.
