自然灾害所造成的损失越来越严重,我们有必要深刻反思:是什么背后的力量在将“天灾”一层层放大。几天时间横扫南方6省的4号强热带风暴“碧利斯”,造成上百人死亡和失踪,上千万人受灾,直接经济损失上百亿元。
The losses caused by natural disasters have become more and more serious. We need to deeply reflect on the forces behind the magnification of “natural disasters”.
