在VCD机的维修工作中,经常遇到出入仓困难的故障。现将笔者的几点维修经验总结如下: 1.索尼、三洋、三星等机芯VCD机出入仓缓慢、困难、入仓不到位而引起的不读碟故障的原因通常是:传胶带油污或传动带年久变长造成打滑。处理方法:用酒精棉球将传动带以及凹轮清洗干净,用一支铬铁头在凹轮内小心地烧烙出许多道痕,以增加摩擦力。此法十分有效。对于传动带松驰同样有效。 2.索尼、三洋、三星机芯的VCD,有碟时能出仓,无碟时不能出仓故障。原因:出入仓电机扭力不能克服夹持器的磁铁吸力。处理方法:将磁环凿碎成数段,取其中大小近似的两小段对称装回原位,并用502胶
