根据上级指示精神,围绕“民工群中存在黑社会性质帮派”问题进行调研。在调研中,除重点对我院办案中发现的问题进行总结分析外,还走访了本区刑警大队、东环街派出所等基层部门,取得第一手资料,初步掌握了我区民工群中黑社会性质帮派有关情况。现就有关情况进行一一分析和探讨。
