冶金设备中齿轮传动占重要地位,其质量好坏、寿命长短,与产品质量、产量密切相关。 1967年一机部有关方面对冶金设备传动齿轮寿命作了调查,多在5年左右,最低的仅几个月。后来多数厂矿都采取了措施,有较大的提高,但仍然是低水平的。 笔者调查统计了35台轧钢机主减速机(其中引进的17台,国产的18台),使用寿命5年以下8台,5～10年24台,10年以上
Metallurgical equipment, gear transmission occupies an important position, its quality is good or bad, the length of life, and product quality, production is closely related. In 1967, a machine-related department conducted a survey on the service life of transmission gears of metallurgical equipment, which was about five years or so and the lowest was only a few months. Later, most factories and mines have taken measures that have greatly improved, but still low levels.
