针对考虑因素全面的SMB 综合速率模型,采用有限元方法和正交配点法分别对柱向和吸附剂颗粒径向模型进行离散化,利用Matlab ODE 求解器对SMB 过程进行了数值求解,并编制了SMB 过程仿真软件。在此基础上进行了一个SMB 分离实例仿真,分析了切换时间和流量变化对分离性能的影响,验证了SMB 过程分离性能的参数敏感性,提出了对系统实施先进控制的必要性。
According to the comprehensive SMB synthetic rate model with consideration factors, the radial model of columnar and adsorbent particles is discretized by finite element method and orthogonal collocation method respectively. The SMB ODE solver is used to solve the SMB process. SMB Process Simulation Software. Based on this, an SMB instance simulation is carried out to analyze the influence of switching time and traffic variation on the separation performance. The parameter sensitivity of SMB process separation performance is verified and the necessity of implementing advanced control to the system is proposed.
