山东省莒南县自去年以来,对所辖25个乡镇的937个村集中开展了一次以清理财务为重点的农村经济清理整顿和加强村级制度建设活动,取得显著成效。清理后全县村级集体资产达54494.69万元,比清理前账面资产增加17450.95万元,增长39.57％。同时,还清收了大量往来欠款和违规违纪款项,明晰了产权,初步建立起了集体资产管理新机制,巩固壮大了集体经济。
Junan County, Shandong Province Since last year, 937 villages in 25 towns and villages under their jurisdiction have conducted a centralized clean-up and rectification of the rural economy focusing on clean-up finance and strengthened the construction of the village-level system with remarkable results. After the clean-up, the county-level collective assets reached 544,996,900 yuan, an increase of 174,509,500 yuan or 39.57% over the book value before the liquidation. At the same time, it also cleared a large amount of arrears and irregularities, clarified property rights, initially established a new mechanism for collective asset management, and consolidated and strengthened the collective economy.
