利用自地设计的绝热反应流变仪研究了聚氨酯－脲快速扩链过程的反应流变性，用流变仪同时测绝热扩链反应过程的和粘度对时间的关系。把绝热温升与反应热关联，显示凝胶时官能力反应程度，粘度－时间曲线和凝胶时间可预示软硬链微相分离程度。反应程度和微相分离程度影响着嵌段聚氨酯脲的结构和力学性能。
