目的探讨肝病病人中AFP与ALB比值的变化,以期为肝癌的诊断、预后提供一定的实验基础.方法采用日立7170 A全自动生化分析仪检测病人肝功能,采用火箭电泳法检测病人AFP,其值大于或等于900者均记为900 ng/ml,计算AFP/ALB比值(AFP单位为ng/ml,ALB单位为g/L;二者只为数值之比,勿需换算单位).所有肝癌病例进行半年追踪随访.结果肝癌与肝炎及肝硬化病人AFP/ALB相比二者有明显不同,即肝癌病人中AFP/ALB比值明显上升(P＜0.01),经临床结合影像及病理诊断证实:AFP≥20
