“Food Research” (formerly known as “Yangzhou University Cooking Journal”) has been included in the core content of Peking University (Version 7) of the “Overview of Key Chinese Journals” (2014 edition). Recently, some of the posting emails that Baidu has been searching for by some authors are unscrupulous intermediaries who set up fraudulent mailboxes.
