In accordance with the collaborative research plan of “Three Diseases” in southwest and northwest of the Ministry of Railways, six surveys were conducted on the distribution and changes of dysentery flora in Xi’an from 1973 to 1980. This article focuses on analysis of the dominant groups and types, as well as in different years the proportion of each group changes and trends.
