知识经济的到来,给现代高职教育人才培养工作带来了机遇和挑战,并给传统的教育观念、教育思想、教育方式带来巨大的变革。可以说高职教育师资培养是一项战略性的系统要程,是当今人才培养的制高点,谁占领了这一制高点,谁就可以处于统揽大局的主动地位。因此,探索高职教育师资的培养模式,培养具有现代教育素质的薪型师资队伍,是适应21世纪教育发展的需要,是教育改革的当务之急。
The advent of a knowledge-based economy has brought opportunities and challenges to personnel training in modern vocational education and brought about tremendous changes to traditional educational concepts, educational thoughts and educational methods. It can be said that the cultivation of teacher education in higher vocational education is a strategic systematic process and the commanding height of talent cultivation today. Whoever occupies this high ground can take the initiative in taking charge of the overall situation. Therefore, exploring the mode of training teachers in higher vocational education and cultivating the salary-capped teachers with modern education are the most urgent tasks in education reform to meet the needs of 21st century education.
