二十六年来盐水抗蚀性试验(以下称盐水试验)是我国炮弹表面保护层防腐性能主要的检验依据。涂料的研制,新工艺的应用,产品验收均须通过它的裁定。长期以来由于缺乏机理探讨和实践的总结和分析,出现不少误解。本文拟从盐水试验提出的依据和机理方面提出一些见解,进行初步探讨并对其局限性提出改进建议。
The brine corrosion resistance test (hereinafter referred to as the brine test) for twenty-six years is the main test basis for the anti-corrosion performance of the surface protective layer of the shell of our country. Paint development, application of new technology, product acceptance must pass its ruling. For a long time because of the lack of mechanism to explore and practice summary and analysis, there are many misunderstandings. This article intends to put forward some suggestions based on the basis and mechanism proposed by the salt water test, and to make preliminary discussions and suggestions for improving the limitations of the project.
