五味川纯平(1916— )原名栗田茂,出生于一个侨居我国大连的日本商人家庭里,一九三六年入东京外语学校英文系。在校时因参加“唯物论研究小组”而被捕,在拘留所里关过两个月。一九四○年毕业后,又来到我国东北,在昭和炼钢厂任职。一九四三年被征入伍,在穆梭附近构筑阵地时,适逢苏联对日宣战。日军溃败,五味川成为逃兵,在敦化附近被俘,在苏军的俘虏收容所里呆了
Miukawa Junpei (1916-), formerly known as Kurita Mao, was born in a family of Japanese businessmen living in Dalian, China, and joined the English Department of Tokyo Foreign Language School in 1936. Arrested at the school for participating in the “materialistic research group”, and spent two months in the detention center. After graduating in 1940, he went to the northeast of our country and took a post at Showa Steel Works. When enlisted in 1943 and formed a position near Musu, the Soviet Union declared war on Japan.
