财政部今年4月印发了《会计人员工作规则》(以下简称《规则》),从七月一日起在全国试行。根据《规则》规定,一切有会计工作的单位,都要根据工作需要,配备相适应的会计人员,建立会计人员岗位责任制,明确每个会计人员的工作岗位和职责范围。建立会计人员岗位责任制,并使其制度化,是改进工作作风,克服官僚主义,提高工作效率,加强会计管理的一项重要措施。
In April this year, the Ministry of Finance issued the Working Rules for Accountants (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), which will be piloted throughout the country starting from July 1. According to the “rules”, all accounting units, according to work needs, with the appropriate accounting staff, the establishment of accountant job responsibility system, a clear accountant for each job and responsibilities. Establishing accountant job responsibility system and institutionalizing it is an important measure to improve work style, overcome bureaucracy, improve work efficiency and strengthen accounting management.
