Metallurgical Bureau of Hebei Province in March 2, 1977 to 8 in Shahe County and Zanhuang County held a small factory site meeting. Ministry of Metallurgical Mining Division, Provincial, Xingtai Land Revolutionary Committee and the Shijiazhuang Land Revolutionary Committee and other relevant leaders attended the meeting and spoke.
