缺乏实施的持久性和普遍性是目前我国高校实践教学的伊特突出特点,这种围绕社会实践而展开的实践教学很难真正的落实到实处。从而体现了实践教学的局限性,凸显了高校在人才培养设计方面的不足,与国家培养创新型人才的要求有着一定的距离。本文在能力本位主张的基础上,以云南师范大学文理学院工商管理专业为研究对象,提出“塔型”实践教学体系构建的设想,力图为该专业实践教学改革提供相应的方案。
The lack of implementation of the persistence and universality is the outstanding feature of the current practice of colleges and universities in our country, this practice around the social practice of practice is difficult to really implement. Thus embodies the limitations of practical teaching, highlights the inadequacy of colleges and universities in the design of personnel training, and the country has a certain distance from the requirements of training innovative talents. On the basis of ability-based theory, this thesis takes the business administration specialty of Yunnan Normal University as the research object and puts forward the idea of constructing “” teaching system of “Tower-type” practice in order to provide corresponding solutions for the practical teaching reform.
