日本钢管公司在京浜厂建成年产能力1.5×10~4t的小直径多辊宽带冷轧机和多功能光亮退火炉。新轧机为12辊轧机,产品最小厚度30μm,最大宽度1m。该公司将用新轧机生产各种高功能材料:电视遮蔽屏用殷钢(36％Ni)材料;汽车密封垫圈和电气、电子精密元件用的不锈钢弹簧材料(SuS304,301);集成电路引线框架材料(42％Ni);磁头和磁屏蔽用的高磁导率铁镍合金(79％、45％Ni)材料等。
Nippon Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has built a small diameter multi-roll wide belt cold rolling mill with an annual capacity of 1.5 × 10 ~ 4t and a multi-function bright annealing furnace at Keihin Plant. The new mill is a 12-roller mill with a minimum product thickness of 30 μm and a maximum width of 1 m. The company will use the new mill to produce a variety of high-performance materials: invar (36% Ni) for TV screens, stainless steel spring materials for automotive gaskets and electrical and electronic precision components (SuS304,301), integrated circuit leadframe Material (42% Ni); high permeability iron-nickel alloy (79%, 45% Ni) for magnetic heads and magnetic shields.
