测定了35个甘薯品种块根的薯干率、淀粉率(以鲜重计)、可溶性糖、蛋白质和氨基酸(均以干重计)等5个品质成分含量。薯干率平均值为32.22%,淀粉率平均值为21.69%,两成分含量超过平均数极显著的品种都有11个。它们之间呈极显著正相关(r=0.9544)。蛋白质含量平均值3.689%,氨基酸含量平均值3.48%,蛋白质和氨基酸含量超过平均值极显著值的品种分别有6个和8个。蛋白质与氨基酸之间显著正相关(r=0.3560)。可溶性糖含量平均值为4.59%,超过平均值极显著值的品种有6个。可溶性糖与蛋白质呈显著负相关(r=-0.3202)
The content of five quality components of the roots of 35 sweet potato cultivars was determined, including the percentage of potato roots, the percentage of starch (fresh weight), soluble sugar, protein and amino acids (all on a dry weight basis). The average rate of dried potato was 32.22% and the average rate of starch was 21.69%. There were 11 varieties whose content of two components exceeded the average. There was a significant positive correlation between them (r = 0.9544). The average protein content of 3.689%, the average amino acid content of 3.48%, protein and amino acid content exceeds the average of the extremely significant value of the varieties were 6 and 8. There was a significant positive correlation between protein and amino acid (r = 0.3560). The average content of soluble sugar was 4.59%, and there were 6 varieties that exceeded the average significant value. Soluble sugar and protein showed a significant negative correlation (r = -0.3202)
