选择了当前推广的不同穗型的两个冬小麦品种为材料,利用同位素示踪技术和常规测定技术,对其部分生理特性的变化进行了比较研究。结果表明,两品种在群体根系活力、群体光合速率和物质运转分配等特性的变化上存在较大差异,此三种生理特性的综合作用决定了不同品种间籽粒产量和经济系数的高低。大穗型品种平均单茎根系活力和单茎光合速率同小穗型品种相比存在较高优势。
Two winter wheat cultivars with different spike types currently selected were selected as materials, and some physiological characteristics of them were compared using isotope tracing techniques and routine determination techniques. The results showed that there were great differences in the changes of root activity, photosynthetic rate and material flow between two cultivars. The combination of these three physiological characteristics determined the grain yield and economic coefficient of different varieties. The average single root stem vigor and photosynthetic rate of large spike cultivars had higher advantages compared with the small spike cultivars.
