[目的]研究授粉后不同组合对籽粒性状的影响,以期为高油玉米的生产和品质的改良提供一些基础依据。[方法]通过3个普通玉米品种与3个高油玉米品种混种,利用高油玉米花粉为普通玉米授粉,研究高油玉米花粉对普通玉米籽粒性状的影响。[结果]通过花粉直感效应,普通玉米在接受高油玉米花粉后籽粒产量提高或变化不大,胚的重量有显著增加。普通玉米和高油玉米杂交与相应的普通玉米自交相比,籽粒中胚的比重和蛋白质含量都有所增加。[结论]接受高油玉米花粉促进了普通玉米籽粒中胚的发育和生长,可在一定程度上提高籽粒品质。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of different combinations after pollination on grain traits, in order to provide some basic basis for high oil corn production and quality improvement. [Method] The effects of high-oil corn pollen on the grain traits of common maize were studied by interbreeding three common corn varieties with three high-oil corn varieties and using the high-oil corn pollen as the common corn pollination. [Result] Through the direct effect of pollen, the yield of grain of common corn increased or changed little after receiving high oil corn pollen, and the weight of embryo increased significantly. Compared with the corresponding normal maize inbreds, the specific gravity and protein content of kernels in both normal and high-oil maize hybrids increased. [Conclusion] The acceptance of high-oil corn pollen promoted the development and growth of mesoderm in common maize grain, which could improve grain quality to a certain extent.
