目的掌握涪陵水运口岸蝇类的种群构成、生境分布、季节消长等情况,为口岸蝇类卫生控制提供依据。方法2010年9月—2011年10月,在涪陵水运口岸即黄旗码头、糠壳湾码头,采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获蝇类,按常规方法鉴定到种,分析不同环境的蝇类密度和季节消长规律。结果涪陵水运口岸共捕获蝇类3 301只,经鉴定隶属于6科34属90种,其优势种群为巨尾阿丽蝇、大头金蝇、紫绿蝇、瘦叶带绿蝇、白头亚麻蝇。涪陵水运口岸以外围蝇密度最高,为20.25只/笼.d;其次是集装箱泊位,为12.98只/笼·d;检疫处理区最低,为3.21只/笼·d。黄旗码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4-5月和9-11月,糠壳湾码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4-6月、10-11月,均呈双峰型。结论涪陵水运口岸2个码头的优势蝇种基本一致,黄旗码头蝇类密度低于国家控制标准,糠壳湾码头蝇类密度高于国家控制标准。外围、集装箱泊位最易滋生蝇类。春秋季节应加强蝇类的防控。
Objective To understand the population structure, habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation of flies at the Fuling water transport port, so as to provide the basis for the hygiene control of flies. Methods From September 2010 to October 2011, flies were caught by trapping flies in Huangqi Wharf and Qianwailian Wharf at the Fuling water transport port. Species were identified according to routine methods and the flies density and Seasonal growth and decline. Results A total of 3 301 flies were caught at the Fuling water transport port, 90 of which were identified as belonging to 34 genera and 6 families. The dominant populations were giant-tailed alfalfa, golden flies, green flies, . Fuling water transport port outside the highest density of flies, 20.25 / cage.d; followed by the container berths, 12.98 / cage d; quarantine treatment area lowest, 3.21 / cage d. The peaks of flies caught in Huangqi marina ranged from April to May and from September to November. The peak flies caught in the chaff dock were from April to June and from October to November, both showed bimodal patterns. Conclusions The dominant species of flies in the two terminals of Fuling water transport port are basically the same. The flies density in Huangqi terminal is lower than the national control standard. The flies density in the chaff dock is higher than the national control standard. Peripheral, container berths most likely to breed flies. Spring and autumn should strengthen the prevention and control of flies.
