漏斗车在现场运作中,常常出现自卸时底门打不开或关不上的现象。造成底门开闭失常的原因大多数是底门、锁体、支承梁配合不好,控制门的锁体机构不能同步。下面介绍的方法能使这个问题迎刃而解。 (1)先挂底门,将每块门板的折页用小一号的螺栓挂在侧梁槽钢上,门下用一丝杆卡子把门与门框卡住,卡在门的中间部位,然后调每侧门锁体、轴头在同一轴线上,再用销子把支承梁和锁体连接起来。
