China’s famous membrane water treatment experts, the retired officials of the Second Institute of Oceanography of the State Oceanic Administration, the former deputy director, consultant, the former deputy director of the State Oceanic Administration East China Sea Branch, the former director of the Tianjin Ocean Water Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization Institute of the State Oceanic Administration Comrade Shisong died at 23 on March 18, 2001, at 23 because of invalid medical treatment, died in Hangzhou at the age of 75. Comrade Shisong was born in Henan Province in September 1962
