为推进新型安全钝感起爆药BNCP的军事应用,开展了BNCP在雷管中的应用基础技术研究和性能特征分析。给出了BNCP的结构表征、热性能、安定性、相容性、各种感度性能的典型数据和特点,研究了BNCP的装药工艺性能,测试与分析了BNCP的爆热、比容、爆速、爆发点和“准起爆药”的安全特征,通过试验研究了BNCP的极限起爆药量、装药耐压性、桥丝起爆感度及在军用火焰雷管、桥丝雷管中的应用。结果表明:BNCP可以代替叠氮化铅、斯蒂芬酸铅应用于大多数火焰、桥丝等军用火工品中。
In order to promote the military application of the new safety insensitive primer BNCP, the basic technology research and performance characteristics analysis of BNCP in detonator were carried out.
