针对工件内尺寸的快速、在机、自动化、精密测量问题,提出一种基于平行射线簇的测量方法.当具有测距功能的射线沿着某一平面平移时,测量射线的平移轨迹就构成了平行射线簇.基于平行射线簇的测量方法,通过平移测量射线而实现测量信息的采集,通过分析测量射线的轨迹数据从而获得目标信息.在此基础上,开发了一种利用激光位移传感器的嵌入式非接触测量头,并对某一内孔直径进行了在机测量.测量时,将测量头置于圆孔正截面的任意位置,经过平移就可以迅速得到被测圆孔的内直径.由于该测量方法属于非接触式测量,因此测量装置可安全、便利地进出被测孔.实验结果显示,圆孔直径的平均测量误差为5.4μm,多次测量的标准差为1.24μm.本方法测量过程简单、快速,具有较高的测量精度,为工件内尺寸的在机、快速、自动化、精密测量提供了一种新方法.
