扬琴传入中国,已有四百多年的历史,它是兼有广泛的世界性和鲜明的民族性的乐器,它的历史悠久,源远流长,分布广泛,品种繁多。无论从民间的口传心授发展到进入高等音乐学院的正规训炼,或从堂会弹唱发展到以独奏的形式登上国际音乐会的大雅之堂。在各种形式的伴奏、演奏中都体现了独特的魅力所在。经过漫长的过程,扬琴所特有的民族特色决定了它在乐器演奏中的重要地位。
Dulcimer has been introduced into China for more than 400 years. It is a musical instrument with a wide range of cosmopolitan and distinctive nationalities.
