文学语言与公文语言属于两种不同性质的符号系统,遵循不同的法则,因此不可能完全一致。本文从基本特征、具体要求、表达风格几个方面研究了文学语言与公文语言之间的差异。公文语言和文学语言的区别,是由二者的根本特性,社会功用和写作思维决定的,只有熟练掌握公文语言区别于文学语言的特点,才能搞好公文写作。因此,明确文学语言与公文语言之间的差异是有必要的。
Literary languages and official languages belong to two different sign systems, follow different rules and therefore can not be completely consistent. This article studies the differences between the literary language and the official language in terms of basic characteristics, specific requirements and expression style. The difference between the official language and the literary language is determined by their fundamental characteristics, social functions and writing thinking. Only by mastering the distinguishing features of the official language from the literary language can we do a good job of official document writing. Therefore, a clear distinction between literary language and official language is necessary.
