封面人物石金涛简介上海交通大学管理学院教授、博士生导师,人力资源管理研究所所长,组织发展与战略管理研究中心主任。教育部第三届高等学校工科管理专业指导委员会专业课指导组委员、上海市行为科学学会常务理事、人力资源管理行为专业委员会主任。曾经到澳大利亚WULLONGANG、LA-TROBE大学、新西兰梅西大学、美国哥伦比亚大学、康内科迪克大学、纽约大学、麻省斯隆学院、宾西法尼亚沃顿学院、伯克来大学、德国康斯坦士大学、加拿大UBC、日本早稻田大学访问或讲学。主要论文著作:《公司资助员工一般培训现象的理论解释》、《管理技能和企业绩效的实证研究》、《企业心理契约的自我执行问题研究》等。主讲学科:管理学、工商管理、人力资源管理等。
The cover person Shi Jintao is a professor and doctoral tutor of School of Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, director of the Institute of Human Resource Management, and director of the Organizational Development and Strategic Management Research Center. Once at WULLONGANG in Australia, LA-TROBE University, Massey University in New Zealand, Columbia University in the United States, Connecticut University, New York University, Sloan School in Massachusetts, Wharton College in Pennsylvania, Berkeley University, Constance in Germany University, UBC Canada, Waseda University, Japan to visit or give lectures. The main thesis works are: Theoretical explanations for the general training phenomenon of company-funded employees, “Empirical research on management skills and corporate performance”, and “Study on self-executing issues of corporate psychological contract”.
